• CBT - Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) is a type of talking therapy. It is a common treatment for a range of mental health problems. CBT teaches you coping skills for dealing with different problems. It focuses on how your thoughts, beliefs and attitudes affect your feelings and actions.
• DBT - Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) is a type of talking therapy. It's based on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), but it's specially adapted for people who feel emotions very intensely. DBT helps people build four major skills:mindfulness, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and emotional regulation.
• ACT - Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT therapy) is a type of mindful psychotherapy that helps you stay focused on the present moment and accept thoughts and feelings without judgment.
